Ultimate Matcha Experience "ALL FOR ONE" Vol. 2 -- Conrad Osaka Afternoon Tea (Held in 2021)
On December 8, 2020, Yamamasa Koyamaen launched ALL FOR ONE, a project dedicated to delivering an ultimate matcha experience under the theme "Rediscover Matcha."
For this project, we secured matcha submitted to Japan's tea competitions, where outstanding tea producers compete for the highest level of flavor and craftsmanship. This matcha was exceptionally rare--estimated at just 0.03% of Japan's total matcha raw-leaf production at the time (our internal estimate based on the period's figures).
The first release--an at-home set titled "A Tea Gathering at Home: Ultimate Matcha & Sweets"--received tremendous support, raising 5,277,960 JPY against a 1,000,000 JPY goal (ordering closed on January 31, 2021).
Vol. 2 of ALL FOR ONE was an afternoon tea collaboration with Conrad Osaka.

A Marriage of Matcha and Strawberry
Starting April 1, 2021 (Thu), we presented ALL FOR ONE Vol. 2 at Conrad Osaka (Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka), at the "40 Sky Bar & Lounge" on the 40th floor.
This afternoon tea, titled "Le Jardin Secret" ("The Secret Garden"), paired competition-grade matcha with seasonal strawberries in generous abundance--an experience designed to enjoy ultimate matcha both to drink and to eat. It was held daily until June 29, 2021 (Tue).

An Ultimate Matcha Experience with a Sky-High View
Set roughly 200 meters above the ground, "40 Sky Bar & Lounge" offers a breathtaking panorama--rivers, the sea, and a sweeping 180-degree view stretching from Osaka toward Kobe, reached after passing through sparkling art installations.
The experience began with competition-submitted matcha served in a shot glass--an exceptionally rare matcha, estimated at just 0.03% of domestic production. From there, guests enjoyed exquisite sweets created by Executive Pastry Chef Jimmy Boulay, blending French pastry craftsmanship with matcha, and featuring seasonal strawberries throughout.

Named "Le Jardin Secret," Conrad Osaka's spring afternoon tea was served on a vivid, green-accented tea stand. Guests were invited to fully savor this rare competition-grade matcha--both in beverages and in desserts.
