
Warm up the matcha bowl with hot water. Warming up the whisk with hot water before mixing will make it easier to mix with less damage to the matcha. Using strainers to sift the matcha will make it easier to mix without creating lumps.
In the warmed up matcha bowl, put in 70 cc of 80°C hot water.
Mix quickly with the whisk in a pattern like the shape of the letter "m" for about 15 seconds.Remove the whisk when the matcha has foamed nicely. The matcha is ready.
