◾️Ingredients
- 2 g matcha (e.g., Matsukaze, Sasamidori, Shihonokaori, Ogurayama) (Using matcha for the tea ceremony is recommended)
- 150 cc warm milk
- Sugar (your preferred amount)
◾️Directions
- Warm the milk up and warm up the tea whisk with hot water.
- Put 2 g of matcha in a little bit of the warmed up milk and mix with the whisk. Using a tea strainer when adding the matcha will make it easier to mix without creating lumps.
- Add the rest of the 150 cc warmed up milk and mix thoroughly. Add sugar if you want to. The flavor of the matcha will be felt more with less sugar. If you have a milk frother, we recommend adding foamed milk and sprinkling matcha on top of the foamed milk to further enjoy this latte.
