◾️Ingredients
- 2 g matcha (e.g., Matsukaze, Sasamidori, Shihonokaori, Ogurayama) (Using matcha for the tea ceremony is recommended)
- 100 cc - 200 cc warm milk
- 20 g of white chocolate (approximately 5 pieces of regular chocolate)
- Fresh cream (if you like)
- Nuts (if you like)
◾️Directions
- Warm up the milk and warm up the tea whisk with hot water.
- Put 2 g of matcha into a little bit of the warmed milk, and mix with the whisk. Using a tea strainer when adding the matcha will make it easier to mix without creating lumps.
- Add the rest of the warmed milk. Add the white chocolate into the milk and mix thoroughly.
- Adding fresh cream and nuts will give further flavor to the drink.
