◾️Ingredients
- 4 g matcha (e.g., Matsukaze, Sasamidori, Shihonokaori, Ogurayama) (Using matcha for the tea ceremony is recommended)
- 50 cc hot water
- Ice cream
◾️Directions
- Warm the tea whisk with hot water.
- In a heated bowl, put 4 g of matcha and 50 cc of hot water at 70°C, and mix. Using a tea strainer when adding the matcha will make it easier to mix without creating lumps. (Add in as much hot water as you like to make it thick or thin as you prefer.)
- Put the prepared hot water with matcha onto the ice cream.
