Recipe for matcha smoothies

Recipe for a fruity and healthy matcha smoothie.

◾️Ingredients

  • 2 g matcha (e.g., Matsukaze, Sasamidori, Shihonokaori, Ogurayama) (Using matcha for the tea ceremony is recommended)
  • 100 cc - 200 cc milk
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 1 banana

◾️Directions

  1. Sift the matcha with a strainer.
  2. Put the sifted matcha, milk, yogurt, and banana into a blender and blend thoroughly. Using frozen bananas will give an icy texture for further enjoyment.
  3. Put the mixed juice in a glass.
  4. Add some cut bananas if you like.
