◾️Ingredients
- 2 g matcha (e.g., Matsukaze, Sasamidori, Shihonokaori, Ogurayama) (Using matcha for the tea ceremony is recommended)
- 100 cc - 200 cc milk
- 50 g yogurt
- 1 banana
◾️Directions
- Sift the matcha with a strainer.
- Put the sifted matcha, milk, yogurt, and banana into a blender and blend thoroughly. Using frozen bananas will give an icy texture for further enjoyment.
- Put the mixed juice in a glass.
- Add some cut bananas if you like.
