◾️Ingredients
- 2 g matcha (e.g., Matsukaze, Sasamidori, Shihonokaori, Ogurayama) (Using matcha for the tea ceremony is recommended)
- Lukewarm water (just a little)
- 200 cc Soda (sugared or not is your preference) (It is better to use one without additional flavors)
- Lemon slice or lemon essence
◾️Directions
- Warm up the tea whisk with hot water.
- Put 2 g of matcha into a little bit of lukewarm water and mix with the whisk. Using a tea strainer when adding the matcha will make it easier to mix without creating lumps.
- Put it into a glass and gradually add soda. Mix a few times.
- Add ice cubes and lemon as you like. The sourness of lemon and matcha go well together.
